12 beds total (6 single, 6 double) Total maximum capacity = 18 (6 single beds + 6 double beds X 2 people per bed = 18) Six bedrooms total, three wings with two bedrooms separated by a half bath. One double and one single bed per room. The even numbered rooms (2,4,6) open to the central living room/conversation pit and the odd numbered rooms (1,3,5) open to the outdoors at the end of each wing.
