CRC Group/Church Registration Form

Please complete this form and click 'submit' to register for a group retreat, inquire concerning specific dates, or to pre-register for a group you wish to bring to CRC for a retreat. We will send you an email acknowledging your pre-registration within a few days. Do not deposit until your inquiry/pre-registration is confirmed. Your inquiry/pre-registration becomes a confirmed reservation once your deposit is placed. You may deposit online or mail your deposit to the address below. You may also print this form and send it with your deposit.
