Larry Swayze is the pastor of Beavercreek Community Church, in Beavercreek Oregon and has a background in Youth Ministry (10 years with Portland Youth For Christ) and is one of the leaders of Fired-up Youth Ministries which is currently training 120 young people from many different churches to be Christian leaders and evangelists. The underlying goal of Fired-up is to turn the hearts of the children to the fathers, and the hearts of the fathers to the children. Malachi 4:5-6 Larry has the heart of an evangelist, and feels he contributes the most when he works with the pastors in remote areas; encouraging, training, and equipping them to work with their own people. His most recent trips have been to India and Mexico. Larry is an equipper of God's people. He doesn't believe in "Bench Warmers" He believes that strong marriages and strong families are the foundation stones of the church. Larry lives on a horse farm with his cherished wife of 32 years, and has seven children. Larry raises and trains Tennessee Walking horses, and packs groups on horseback into the wilderness in his "free time".

*Registration: 4-6:00 PM Friday. Retreat begins with dinner at 6:30 PM. First Session at 7:30.
