Suggested Donation: 3 nights, 8 meals - $246/adult, $123/7-12, $62.00/4-6, 3 and under are free.
Deposit: $300/family, $100/couple, $75/single.

Retreat Starts: Friday @ 5:30pm with dinner. First session to follow at 7:15pm.
Retreat Ends: Monday, after breakfast. Checkout by 10am.
Check in on Friday between 4:00-5:30pm at the Main Lodge.

B. Doyle Roberts and Sylvia Roberts are seasoned speakers and ministry leaders with more than three decades of experience in leadership development, evangelism, and community transformation. Known for their dynamic, Spirit-led communication and authentic storytelling, they have ministered both nationally and internationally, impacting diverse audiences with messages of faith, purpose, resilience, and unity.
For over twenty-two years, the Roberts served as senior leaders of a thriving multicultural congregation in Columbia, South Carolina, where the organization grew from fewer than 70 individuals to more than 1,200. Their leadership model emphasizes inclusive community building, discipleship, and empowering individuals to live out their God-given calling.
Doyle and Sylvia traveled extensively in a statewide evangelistic role for more than four years, preaching 280–300 services annually. Their ministry resulted in countless lives being transformed and renewed, earning them a reputation for integrity, spiritual depth, and excellence in leadership.
B. Doyle Roberts brings a diverse professional background that includes eight years of service in the United States Army—two as a Drill Instructor—as well as experience as an insurance professional. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry and has served in numerous leadership and advisory capacities focused on intercultural engagement and outreach to military families.
Sylvia Roberts is a respected leader, mentor, and speaker with extensive experience in women’s leadership and development. She has served on multiple leadership boards and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and leadership gatherings, bringing encouragement, wisdom, and practical insight.
Married since 1983, Doyle and Sylvia’s ministry is deeply shaped by both triumph and loss. The passing of their son at a young age profoundly strengthened their resolve to serve with compassion, faith, and purpose. Today, they are honored to serve communities throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond, with a passion to see lives changed through spiritual empowerment and transformative leadership.
