Scott is the senior pastor of Woodland Christian Church, a Regional Facilitator for Church and Family Life, and the author of several books and study guides on how to walk in God’s way, including: Work and Rest, Your Marriage, and Enduring Trials. He also has a blog and a podcast, Living God’s Way. His wife Katie has written a devotional titled Eternally Minded Mamas.
Scott has a MA in Education and an MA in Biblical Studies from Liberty University. He has served as an Army officer, an elementary school teacher, and an associate pastor. He is married to his best friend, Katie. They are blessed with eight children that they home-school. “I spend most of my time with my home and church families. I love studying and teaching God’s Word. The free time I have is usually committed to reading and writing. Our kids stay busy with church, music, and school.”
